As we bid farewell to the year that has gone by, we reflect on all the developments that have made 2021 a genuinely fruitful year for us at TeraBlock.
As crypto-assets broke into the mainstream, the market saw remarkable growth of DeFi (Decentralised Finance) platforms. At TeraBlock, we got first-hand experience of existing DeFi products, which exposed us to the market gap of a simplified, unified, and utility-driven truly decentralized cryptocurrency ecosystem for newbies.

In the beginning, TeraBlock native token (TBC) just had one utility in the Trade Automation platform. We are now excited to share that with the development of a complete DeFi ecosystem, the TeraBlock Token’s Utility has increased extensively.
TBC tokens play a vital role for all our DeFi products, as the fees collected will be collected in TBC tokens, translating into an increase in demand as we launch and scale our products.

Hacken Audit
After a thorough analysis of the contract code, the security experts at Hacken have deemed the contract to be “Well-Secured”. The smart contract meets the highest security standard on Hacken’s Security scale. The team performed meticulous manual scans and automated checks using tools like Mythril and Slithe to identify common and specific loopholes in the contract.

- The audit report further states that the source code does not have any issues that could lead to asset loss or data manipulations.
- The report also affirms that the code is free from any issues that could potentially have a significant impact on contract execution or possibly restrict public access to crucial functions.
The successful completion of this audit marks a significant step in our long-standing effort to sustain mutual trust and synergy in the TeraBlock community.
TeraBlock Partners with Splinterlands
TeraBlock has partnered with the leading blockchain game Splinterlands to facilitate simplified token bridging on the Splinterlands gaming platform.

Splinterlands runs on the Hive blockchain, which is a public, distributed, and decentralized blockchain platform with a significant user base and a diverse set of applications that run on it. These include fast and free transactions, human-readable wallet addresses, and account recovery options.
In the past few weeks, we have been working closely with the Splinterlands team to integrate the HIVE chain on our Bridge. TeraBlock Bridge has become one of the first Bridges to offer HIVE blockchain.
